We encourage women to explore their own personal physical boundaries and push themselves to complete their personal “Athletic Goal” with our support.
CWW Vision:
Using sports as the vehicle, our mission is to help women liberate themselves from boundaries that hold them back - whether they are physical, emotional, mental or social boundaries. We will help you become the best athlete you can be.
Who Should Join?
Any woman who wants to challenge herself, by becoming healthier, more fit, or faster and/or stronger. We welcome women of all ages, fitness levels and goals. Our average age is 48! Our members range in age from 18 to 72 years young. CWW is a great way to make exercise a part of your life and to meet new friends.
*Triathlon Training ( Novice, Sprint, Olympic, 1/2 and Full Ironman Training groups)
* Duathlon Training ( all levels - We will prepare you for any distance events)
* Cycling Training - Road ( All Levels - we will prepare you for any distance events)
*Running Training ( All levels - We will prepare you for any Distance events)
*Swimming Training ( All Levels -" Learn to swim session" , Open water and Pool swimming - We will prepare you for any distance events)
* General Cardiovascular Fitness and a Healthier lifestyle.
